Should it be found that a Deed Poll issued by us is not accepted as a valid document by any UK government department, Bank, Building Society or financial institution regulated by the FSA then we will: Make contact with the aforesaid UK company, business organisation or government department or office; and reissue a Deed Poll document that will be acceptable to them. If no agreement can be reached, we will refund to you in full the cost of your Deed Poll as supplied by us. This is the limit of our liability. In particular, we will not be liable should a Deed Poll not be accepted due to it not having been executed correctly by the customer. Your Right To Cancel The EU Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allow you to cancel your application within seven working days of submitting it. However, in order to meet our levels of guaranteed service, we may start work on your Deed Poll within this timeframe. For this reason, we regret that your period of cancellation will be limited to the time between sending your application to us and the time we that we start to produce your Deed Poll document. Any request for a refund due to cancellation outside of these time limits cannot be accepted by us. Once you have sent us an application for a Deed Poll pack you are deemed to have agreed to waive your rights to cancellation as stated previously in this paragraph. We reserve the right not to issue a Deed Poll if we believe it would contain names that are likely to be construed as crude, libellous, or offensive to others in any way. Reissued Documents Once your Deed Poll document has been signed, you are deemed to have accepted it, and we therefore reserve the right to refuse any requests for refunds or replacements. If we should happen to make a mistake by spelling your name, address or other details incorrectly, or if there should be found to be a spelling mistake in any other part of the Deed Poll document we will agree to reissue your Deed Poll document (or Certified Copies) within twenty four hours of receiving such notification. Any notification for a reissue must be made within 28 days of receipt of your Deed Poll Pack. We will not accept any Deed Poll for reissue once it has been signed. Our liability to correct spelling mistakes is limited to the spelling as provided by you on any web forms or emails to us. Delivery of Deed Poll Pack Our normal level of service is to send your Deed Poll pack between five and ten working days from receipt of your cleared funds. If you have not received your Deed Poll pack within ten working days of your order then we shall send you a replacement Deed Poll pack free of charge. This is the limit of our liability.
